Monisha Donaldson is a San Diego Native . She has an extensive background in the banking industry and she has a heart for ministry and teaching. She has been a life coach for over 5 years and has a gift for healing. This organization was developed out of a personal need to heal and reach her highest potential. She made some impactful decisions to feel, deal and heal from the past. After having such a radical encounter it lead to seeking her God given purpose. Emerging Excellence was developed and her journey to life coaching and counseling began. She left her position at the bank and decided to take a leap of faith and serve her community full time. Her passion for teaching has lead to many opportunities such as leadership workshops, public speaking, educational training and program development.
Nicole Chung, was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She is an advocate for adolescents, transitional aged youth, and parents. She spent 10 years working within the educational system, where she worked directly with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to support out of school learning, encourage and maintain socio-emotional health, and develop and encourage positive behaviors in and out of the classroom setting. In addition, Nicole had the pleasure of working with 27 school districts within San Diego County to educate, train, and provide technical assistance to educational leaders and administrators. Nicole has completed her M.S. in Marriage, Family, and Couple's Counseling with an emphasis on Crisis and Trauma, and is now a Certified Family Coach, where she specializes in working through behavioral and communicative issues with families. These families include but are not limited to fostering families, grandparent led families, and adopted families. Nicole is passionate about helping families break generational curses and create and develop generational familial wealth and blessings.
